№637388 Sale of new excavator, affordable price

Got stuck with this brand new CAT 323D3 after Wilson's project fell through last week. Never even hit dirt - still got plastic on the seat and that new-machine smell in the cab. Yeah, it's yellow... shocking for a CAT, right? (Still looks damn good though). Weighs in at 22.8 tons - perfect size for most commercial work without needing oversize permits everywhere you go. Had Manny from our shop check it over yesterday - guy's been fixing excavators since dirt was invented and he's ready to quit if we actually sell it. "Why buy it if you're just gonna flip it?" he keeps asking. Not my call, just following orders from the new management team. Hydraulics are factory-tight obviously - none of that slop you get after a few thousand hours. Everything's still got that slight stiffness of components that haven't been broken in yet. Engine purrs like it should.
