№637744 Grader with feed for sale

Time to sell our 2005 140H showing 10,222 hours. Yeah it's getting up there in age and hours but here's the thing - machine still works every day. Bought this from a municipality fleet in 2012, they had stacks of service records which was nice. Our main operator basically adopted this grader. Runs it most days, knows exactly how it'll behave in different conditions. Says the steering's still tight for a machine this old. We've kept after the maintenance religiously. Can't slack off when equipment gets older. Changed the circle teeth last winter, hydraulic hoses as needed, usual wear items. Engine doesn't smoke, starts reliable even after sitting a weekend. Transmission went through our shop two years back for preventive service, shifts smooth now. These 2005 models were solid years for the 140H. Frame's straight, no cracks anywhere we can find. Articulation's got some play but nothing excessive for 10k hours.
