№637743 Prompt sale of grader

Alright we need to sell our 2015 140K with 7,604 hours. Machine's been part of our operation since 2017 and honestly hate to see it go but we're restructuring. The K series was CAT's big leap forward - better fuel efficiency, nicer controls, improved visibility. Our regular driver immediately noticed the difference when we switched from an older 140H. Those 7,604 hours are pretty reasonable for eight years old. We don't baby our equipment but we don't beat on it either. Machine gets steady use without being pushed to the limit every day. Engine sounds healthy, no smoke or weird noises. Hydraulics still responsive, maybe tiny bit slower than brand new but nothing you'd notice working. We've kept maintenance current - oil changes, filters, all that stuff. Had the circle bearing adjusted last year, moldboard wear is normal.
