№637597 Mini excavator for sale, cheap

Time to let go of our trusty CAT 305.5E2. Bought it used in 2019 with 1800 hours, now sitting at 3311. Been our bread and butter for small jobs - thing just keeps going. Engine purrs, hydraulics are snappy, no weird noises or leaks. Changed all filters last month, fresh hydraulic fluid too. Undercarriage's got maybe 60% left on the rubber, pins and bushings still tight. AC works (blessing in summer), cab glass intact, no cracks. Controls are worn but fully functional - that's just honest wear from the operator using it daily. Comes with two buckets: the original 24-inch and a 12-inch we added for utility work. Minor cosmetic stuff - scratched paint, small dent on the counterweight from backing into a dumpster (oops).
