№637600 Quick sale of mini excavator

Time to move our KOMATSU PC58-8. Picked it up last year from a landscaper who barely used it - 900 hours when we got it, sitting at 1254 now. Honestly didn't plan to sell but landed a contract that needs more reach. Machine's been perfect. Zero issues, knock on wood. Komatsu builds these right - hydraulics are still tight, engine doesn't burn oil, tracks are maybe 70% left. Previous guy kept service records, we continued that. Every filter change, every greasing, all documented. Operator loves this thing, says it's the smoothest 5-ton class he's run. Quick coupler works flawlessly, auxiliary hydraulics too if you run attachments. Paint's good except where the bucket teeth scraped loading it once. Minor stuff. Cab's clean, AC blows ice cold, radio works.
