№637491 Sale of diesel vibratory plate

Time to sell our Dynapac plate compactor - need to make room for that skid steer we just financed. This 450kg German-engineered machine has been solid through thick and thin. Hatz 1B 40 engine starts right up unless the temperature drops below freezing, then needs a bit of coaxing. Had a weird issue where it would stall when hitting really compacted surfaces, but turned out just needed fuel filter replacement - runs perfect now. Added those side extensions last summer which bumped the compaction width to 750mm - game changer for efficiency. Previous operator swore the 66Hz frequency got better compaction than our old Wacker despite the specs looking similar on paper. Fuel consumption is surprisingly good - that 5-liter tank lasts most of a day unless you're running non-stop. Had to replace one of the anti-vibration mounts back in March after it cracked during that bridge approach job. Control handle has some play in it now but doesn't affect operation - just needs a firm grip.
