Time to part with my trusty 2015 Bobcat S450 - imported straight from their Czech Republic factory and it's been rock solid! The open ROPS design makes it super easy to hop in and out during those jobs where you're constantly checking measurements. Yeah, you get a bit wet when it rains, but the controls stay dry thanks to the partial overhead cover. At 2,436kg, it's the perfect size for getting into those spaces where the bigger machines can't go. The 50Hp diesel engine might not sound impressive on paper, but I've yet to find a job it can't handle - and the 54L fuel tank means you're not constantly refueling during long shifts. One thing that's impressed me is the 11.4 km/h travel speed - significantly faster than my old loader! The 1.0 m³ bucket has been perfect for most jobs, though I did bend the right edge slightly last summer (still works fine).
