№637818 Reliable mini loader for sale

Time to part with my CAT 216B3 - bought it new last February for that big commercial contract that just wrapped up. Only put 980 hours on it, which is practically nothing for a CAT. Engine runs whisper-quiet compared to my old Bobcat - you can actually have a conversation while operating without shouting yourself hoarse. Had the 1000-hour service done a bit early last week - fresh fluids all around, new filters, technician said it looks practically new inside. Been garage-kept whenever possible, never left outside overnight in bad weather. Cab interior still looks great except for a small coffee stain on the floor mat (my bad).
