№637799 Mini loader for sale at reasonable price

Up for sale is my 2023 Caterpillar 216B3 skid steer - bought it new off the lot and it's been a workhorse since day one. Currently showing 2,772 hours, which might seem high for a two-year-old machine, but that just shows it's been earning its keep! Had a string of big commercial jobs back-to-back last year. Had to replace the starter last month when it began hesitating on cold mornings - went with the heavy-duty upgrade that cost a bit more but worth every penny. While it was in the shop, had them do a complete fluid change and check the hydraulic system - clean bill of health across the board. The CAT dealer who services it says the engine is running as clean as machines with half the hours. That's what you get when you change the oil every 250 hours without fail and use nothing but premium filters.
