№637722 New grader for sale at low price

So we're moving this 140GC. Let me be straight - it's CAT's value model but don't let that scare you off. Machine does what it's supposed to. Our driver actually likes the simpler controls, less stuff to break. We got it for smaller jobs and it's handled them fine. Not gonna pretend it's a 140M but for basic grading, maintaining dirt roads, parking lots, this thing works. Engine runs good, hydraulics do their job. Yeah the cab's more basic than the fancier models but heat works, you can see the blade, what else you need. We change the oil when we're supposed to, grease it regular, keep the air filter clean. Had our regular mechanic check it over last week, said everything's within spec. Blade's not as wide as bigger graders but honestly makes it easier in tight spots.
