So we FINALLY sorted out that intermittent pressure problem on our XCMG 40-ton crane that's been driving everyone CRAZY since winter! Turned out to be a microscopic crack in a valve housing that only leaked under specific load conditions. Our mechanic was ready to quit before he accidentally discovered it during a completely unrelated inspection! Took it straight to that challenging commercial development yesterday as a real-world test & it handled those massive structural components like they weighed nothing. The site supervisor actually stopped work to watch after seeing how smoothly it placed the first load - kept comparing it to the "jerky nightmare" they dealt with from our competitor last month.
