So we FINALLY got our Zoomlion 100-ton monster back from that comprehensive rebuild that seemed to take FOREVER! Replaced the entire main boom hydraulic system & completely rewired the control electronics after finding issues nobody caught during regular inspections. Cost a small FORTUNE but totally worth it seeing it perform yesterday! Took it straight to that nightmare industrial relocation job as a real-world test & it handled those massive equipment sections that had our competitor's rental crane struggling badly last month. The factory engineer actually stopped work to watch after the first lift - couldn't believe how precisely it placed that 40-ton press component despite the awkward access points.
