Finally got our hands on this Potain after it was tied up on that delayed project across town! Been eager to get it back in our rental lineup - the portable design with those beefy pneumatic wheels means we can roll it into position on almost any site without the usual setup headaches. The 40m height is perfect for those mid-sized commercial jobs we've been swamped with lately. Used it on that tight office renovation downtown where larger equipment simply wouldn't fit - the compact footprint is a real advantage in urban sites. Had to replace a worn seal on the clamshell grab last month, but it's been flawless since then. The full 360° rotation is incredibly smooth, even when operating at full extension - no jerky movements that you get with some of the older models.
