№636542 Operational rental of excavator loader, delivery

Got our big CAT back in yesterday. Been out on that motorway project moving mountains of hardcore without breaking a sweat. This beast weighs in at 9.5 tonnes - proper serious bit of kit that makes light work of jobs that'd have lesser machines struggling all day. Had a commercial outfit use it last month, knocked out in four days what they thought would take nearly a week. Had a bit of grief with it back in February. Main lift cylinder kept weeping when under full load. Workshop did a proper job - stripped and rebuilt it rather than just bunging in new seals. Working perfect now, even when lifting at full extension. This special machinery's done about th4400 hours but honest to god it digs better than some newer models we've tried. Built proper tough, not like some of the flimsy stuff you see about. It's sitting in the yard with nothing booked till Thursday. Could do with a clean but mechanically sound as they come.
