№637603 Mini excavator for sale, cheap

Got our hands on these 2024 CARTER CT18-7s and gotta say, they're growing on me. At 1940kg it's barely heavier than a big skid steer but way more versatile. The 10.3kw engine sounds underwhelming until you realize the whole package weighs nothing - power's adequate for what it is. Bucket capacity's 0.04m³ which is honestly tiny but again, you're not buying this to move mountains. You're buying it to dig next to foundations without damaging them. Controls are basic, no fancy electronics to break. Hydraulics are smooth enough, nothing jerky or unpredictable. Tracks are proportional to the machine - narrow but they distribute weight well enough. Cab's spartan, just a basic ROPS canopy but at least you're not getting rained on. Fit and finish is... decent. Welds look good, paint seems thick enough. Engine access is actually pretty good for maintenance.
