№637632 Prompt sale of mini excavator

Selling our 2020 Caterpillar 305.5E2. Machine came to us year and a half ago from contractor who retired. Older guy kept maintenance records like his life depended on it - pretty much dealer serviced since new. We've continued that routine because why mess with what works. Unit starts right up cold or hot, engine sounds healthy. No weird knocks or smoking. Hydraulics feel spot on - smooth control, strong digging force. Nothing drifts or hesitates. Operator says it's most predictable machine he's run, knows exactly how it'll respond. Undercarriage shows normal wear for 2020. Tracks probably got two seasons left with our usage. Sprockets and rollers still solid, chains aren't stretched. Machine tracks straight, doesn't wander or pull. Everything in cab works including AC. Seat's worn but comfortable, controls aren't loose.
