Finally managed to get our hands on this Schulz after it was tied up on that delayed downtown project for weeks! Been trying to add it back to our lineup - the portable design with tracked chassis makes it perfect for those nightmare access sites where regular wheels just spin. The 10m reach might seem limited but honestly it's ideal for those tight urban jobs where space is at a premium. The adjustable height (50-120m) is the real game-changer though - we can configure it exactly how we need for each specific project. Used it on that hospital addition last month where we had strict height restrictions at first, then needed to go much higher for the later phases - saved the client a fortune on crane swaps. Had a small issue with the clamshell being sticky when it first came back - turned out to be just some gunk in the mechanism from the last site. Our mechanic cleared it out in about 40 mins & now the rotating action is smooth as butter.
