Just got this single-axle dolly in our yard Monday morning and already had a couple folks asking about it. Been dealing with these connecting dollies since the early 2000s and the build quality keeps improving year after year. Had our machinist check it over yesterday (standard procedure even for new stuff) and he was genuinely impressed with the reinforced kingpin mounting. The turntable rotates smooth as butter - none of that stiff resistance you typically get with fresh units. Fifth wheel locking mechanism engages with that satisfying click that tells you it's properly secured. Noticed they finally fixed that drainage issue around the landing legs that used to rust out prematurely. Air lines are properly routed this year - no more of that ridiculous placement that had them rubbing against the frame during tight turns. The suspension feels perfectly calibrated out of the box - no weird bouncing even on rough surfaces.
