Well time to let the big Komatsu go switching everything to yellow iron for parts commonality. 2008 D375A-5 from Japan weighs right at 70 tons absolute unit of a dozer. Only shows 8827 hours which for sixteen years old is nothing on these things. Bought it five years ago from mining outfit up north they barely used it turns out. This D375's been perfect for those big cut jobs where smaller machines just spin their tracks. Engine sounds beautiful still tight never been apart far as we know. Uses tiny bit of oil between changes maybe half gallon normal consumption. Does weep hydraulic fluid near the blade rams but talking few drops overnight not worth chasing. Undercarriage great shape considering the size measured 60-65% on pads recently. Sprockets barely showing wear tracks stay tight.
