Time to move this Veba 812. 2015 model we picked up for a project that wrapped up early. Now it's sitting around making me feel guilty every time I walk past. Italian-made, if that matters to you. The hydraulics are still tight - no drifting, no weird noises when you extend. Controls feel good, not all sloppy like some used cranes get. Previous operator treated it right. You can tell when someone actually gives a damn about their equipment. Oil changes on time, filters when needed, greased where it should be. The usual wear spots look better than expected for the age. Boom extends smooth, winch runs true. Safety features all work - overload protection, limit switches, emergency stops. Nobody bypassed anything stupid. Rotation bearing sounds healthy, no play in it. Some paint scratches and minor surface rust here and there. Nothing structural. This special machinery earned its keep but wasn't abused. Got all the service records in a folder somewhere.
