Got our CASE excavator-loader back at the depot - the 6-ton model that's been surprisingly reliable for the hours on the clock. Been out on that housing development doing service trenching and foundation work. Had a bit of bother with it recently - kept losing power at higher revs when under load. The workshop traced it to a partially blocked fuel filter rather than anything serious. All sorted now and running sweet as a nut. This special machinery's actually decent value compared to the premium brands - solid build quality and good digging power despite being a bit lighter than our heavier units.
