Putting our old PC30UU-2 out there. Yeah it's the older generation but honestly these -2 models were bulletproof. Bought it from a guy retiring five years back, been our backup unit since. Main difference from newer versions is simpler controls - no computer screens to fail, just mechanical linkages that work every time. Engine's the proven Komatsu diesel, starts even when it's been sitting weeks. Burns a little oil but nothing crazy for its age. Hydraulics still strong, might be slightly slower than new ones but who's timing cycle speeds on residential jobs anyway. The ultra-short design means the counterweight swings inside the track width - still impresses customers when we spin it in their driveways. Cab's basic but functional. Heater works, no AC but windows open fine. Seat's been recovered with truck vinyl, holds up better than original fabric.
