We've got this Mercedes Actros 2532 6×2 that's been working for us. The 2532 has decent power, handles loaded routes without much trouble. Mercedes builds good trucks, this one's held up like you'd expect. The 6×2 configuration saves on tire costs compared to 6×4 trucks but still gives you good traction when you need it. Our operator's been driving it regularly, says the cab's comfortable for long shifts. Power steering's responsive, air conditioning works good. Hydraulics lift containers fine, no leaks or problems there. We've done regular maintenance - oil changes, filters, brake inspections when they're due. Had to replace an alternator last year but that's about the only major thing.
