Got this 2003 Volvo 21 ton truck that's got crazy low miles for its age - only 63,460 km on it!! Previous owner hardly used it - just sat in their yard most of its life. This special machinery is definitely older but the Volvos from this era were built like absolute tanks. Engine still runs strong with no major issues - starts right up even in cold weather. Had it checked out by my mechanic last month who was surprised how clean everything was for a 20yr old truck. Body shows its age with some rust spots on the fenders and a few dents from years of use - not a beauty queen but nothing structural that affects function. Inside is what you'd expect from an older work truck - worn but everything important works including heat, lights, wipers and gauges. The machine operator will find it's actually pretty comfortable compared to other trucks this age - Volvo always did a better job with cab design than most brands. Nothing fancy but solid and functional for real work.
