Selling my trusty 2008 Isuzu 2-ton truck. Yeah it's got 400,000 km on the clock - sounds scary but these old Japanese rigs were built different back then. Still starts right up every morning without any drama. Burns a bit of oil now like they all do at this age - about a liter every 1000km which ain't bad really. Gearbox is typical old Isuzu - bit clunky going into reverse when cold but all forward gears engage without grinding. Had the clutch done about 80k back, still feels decent. Brakes still good, replaced the pads myself last winter. Cab shows its age - driver's seat has that worn shiny patch, couple tears fixed with tape, radio only picks up stronger stations clear, and the heater takes longer to warm up than it used to. This special machinery ain't pretty anymore but mechanically sound where it counts.
