Finally managed to get our hands on this massive Liebherr after it was tied up on that delayed downtown project for months! Been trying to add it back to our rental lineup - the stationary design is perfect for those serious long-term jobs where repositioning isn't needed. The 40m reach covers most large sites without any issues, and that impressive 120m height handles even those super-tall structures popping up everywhere lately. Used it on that commercial tower last month where we needed to reach the upper floors - saved the client a fortune on secondary lifting equipment. Had a minor issue with the clamshell making this weird clicking noise when it first came back - turned out to be just some debris caught in the mechanism from the last job. Our mechanic cleared it out in about an hour & now it's grabbing perfectly. The full 360° rotation is smooth as anything too - way better than before the service.
