Right so this JCB 540-170's been with us since new in 2021. Shows 2926 hours which sounds like a lot but honestly? For a telehandler that's just broken in. JCB knows what they're doing with these machines. 17 meter reach means you're getting to those awkward spots other equipment can't touch. 4-ton capacity at full extension if you position it right. Been using it mainly for steel erection and material placement. Thing about JCBs - they just keep going if you service them proper. And we did. Oil every 500 hours, filters when needed, hydraulic checks regularly. Boring maintenance stuff that pays off. Boom extends smooth, no jerking or hesitation. Stabilizers work like they should. Cab's got some wear but everything functions. Radio still works which matters more than you'd think.
