№637623 Sale of mini excavator with delivery

Getting ready to let go of our 2012 CAT 306CR. Older machine but honestly these early 300 series hold up better than people think. Bought it at auction three years back for backup work, turned into our go-to for smaller jobs. Engine's got that CAT growl but runs smooth, no excessive blow-by or oil consumption. Probably needs valve adjustment soon but nothing urgent. Hydraulics work like they should - boom's strong, stick extends smooth, bucket curls with authority. No drift when holding loads. Undercarriage's showing its age but still functional. Tracks maybe 45% left, couple idler bearings getting noisy but haven't failed yet. Pins have some play but nothing excessive for the hours. Sprocket teeth still grab fine. Cab interior's dated but everything works. Seat's been recovered with marine vinyl, controls are worn shiny but respond properly.
