Funny how plans change. Ordered this Hilux rapid intervention vehicle thinking we'd need quick response capability. Three months later, sitting in the garage with delivery plastic still on half the stuff. Toyota Hilux base means it's tough. RIV conversion means it's ready for action - 500 liter foam tank, high pressure reels, cutting tools, first aid setup. Fits in tight spaces bigger trucks can't. Parks easy, turns sharp, accelerates like it means business. The conversion guys did good work. Everything's accessible, balanced right so it doesn't feel tippy. Warning lights are stupid bright - probably visible from space. Siren's loud enough to wake the dead. Or at least sleeping drivers. 4x4 naturally, cause fires don't pick convenient locations. Crew cab so you can bring backup. Tool compartments lockable cause people steal anything not bolted down.
