We've decided to part with our LiuGong roller after upgrading some equipment. This 13-ton machine has been with us for several projects - mostly commercial developments and that big county road job last summer. The dual rollers make a huge difference when you're working against tight deadlines. It's got that solid 42Hz vibration frequency which, if you've operated these before, you know is pretty much the sweet spot for most compaction work. Our machine driver swears by it - especially for those tougher aggregate mixes. Not trying to oversell it - it's seen its share of work, but we've never pushed it beyond what it's built for. Maintenance has been consistent, no major issues to report. Changed the hydraulic fluid about 200 hours ago, filters are fresh.
