Finally got our Potain back in the yard after that never-ending hospital expansion project. Been fighting to keep this one in our fleet - the portable design with stepping chassis is a total game-changer for sites with uneven ground or tight access. It's not our biggest crane (30m reach and 50m height), but honestly that's why it stays booked solid. Perfect for those mid-sized jobs where the big rigs are overkill and just eat into your margins. Had some issues with the clamshell after that storm back in March - mud got everywhere! But the shop guys got it sorted and now it's grabbing better than before. The full 360° rotation is butter-smooth too, especially since we replaced those worn bearings.
