Time to sell the 2017 GD705-5. Bought this Komatsu to try something different from our CAT fleet. Took some getting used to - controls laid out differently but our driver figured it out within a week. Machine's got its quirks but reliable overall. Fuel economy's actually better than expected. Hydraulics feel different from CAT, more progressive maybe. Blade float works nice for finish work. Had initial doubts about parts availability but Komatsu dealer came through every time we needed something. Engine's been solid, starts fine even after sitting a weekend.
