№637389 Excavator at affordable price for sale

Need to move this 2024 CAT 323 quick - client backed out of the highway project and now we're stuck with an extra machine. Only put about 100 km on it, mostly just moving it around the yard and testing the hydraulics. Still has that new-equipment smell in the cab when you crank the heat. Our guy Mike spent a day playing with it last week and came back complaining that we're selling "the only decent machine in the fleet." 22-ton weight class is perfect for most jobs - heavy enough to dig serious trenches but not so big you need a permit to sneeze near it. Controls are still factory-tight - none of that slop you get with machines that have actual hours on them. Tracks are obviously pristine. Everything still feels slightly stiff like it needs proper breaking in.
