Been running this 2017 Volvo in our operation for a few years now - picked it up when another outfit was liquidating their fleet. 700K kilometers sounds high till you realize these engines are just getting warmed up at that point. Cab's what you'd expect - not pristine but perfectly functional, driver's seat has that worn-in comfort where you can actually feel cozy on those overnight hauls. Heat and A/C work great, radio's the original unit. Had an issue with the DEF system about 10 months back but got it sorted proper, no jury-rigging. Our machinist says the drivetrain is showing minimal wear considering the mileage - testament to whoever had it before us not skimping on maintenance. Special machinery like this Volvo just has a different feel from the cheaper alternatives - solid, planted, and stable even when you're maxed out on weight. Doesn't have all the fancy electronic gizmos the newest models do, but that means fewer computer gremlins to chase down.
