Finally listing our HBT 40 RS stationary pump - not because it's giving us trouble, but we're shifting focus to more truck-mounted operations. Bought this unit after our old trailer pump couldn't handle the volume we needed. Had one annoying issue with the pressure gauge last summer - fixed it ourselves rather than waiting on parts. The machinist who's been running it says the hydraulics still feel tight, especially after we replaced those worn seals during winter maintenance. Just completed the 2,500-hour service package - got documentation to prove we never cut corners. Hopper has normal wear but no cracks. Had to replace the coupling connection after that rookie mixer driver backed in too fast and damaged it in November - actually upgraded to a better design than original.
