So we finally finished that complete rebuild on our 2010 XCMG 80-ton crane - replaced practically EVERYTHING in the hydraulic system & completely rewired the control electronics. Cost a small fortune but totally worth it! Been debating whether to upgrade to a newer model for years but honestly, this old workhorse just keeps proving itself time after time. Took it straight to that nightmare industrial relocation job Monday as a real-world test & it performed BETTER than that fancy new rig we rented as backup. The factory engineer couldn't believe it was a 2010 model by how precisely it placed those massive press components - kept asking if we were sure about the manufacturing date!
