№637628 Mini excavator with feed for sale

Listing our 2020 CAT 305.5E2 for sale. Four years we've run this machine and it's never missed a day. That's CAT for you - built right from the start. At 5.5 tons it's my favorite size honestly. Big enough to handle serious digging but not so heavy you need special permits to haul it. Engine starts first try even after sitting couple weeks. No smoke, runs clean, oil pressure holds steady. Caterpillar dealer serviced it regular, got the records right here. Hydraulics still feel tight like day one. Smooth operation, no jerky motions when you're trying to grade precise. Bucket teeth need replacing soon but that's normal wear. Tracks probably 55% remaining, wear pattern's even. Undercarriage bushings aren't sloppy yet. Machine drives straight, doesn't drift or pull. Cab stayed nice - no rips in seat, controls work proper. AC blows cold after last summer's recharge, heat's always been good.
