So we FINALLY got our 50-ton XCMG back after what felt like forever at the repair shop! That weird intermittent hydraulic issue was driving everyone nuts - turned out to be a microscopic crack in a valve housing that only leaked under specific pressure. Our mechanic was ready to throw tools across the yard before he found it! Took it straight to the Johnson site yesterday for a real-world test run & it handled those massive concrete sections like a dream. The site supervisor actually came over to watch cuz he couldn't believe how smooth the placement was - especially after struggling with our competitor's crane last month that apparently jerked like crazy during precision lifts.
