Got our Fuso food-grade tank back from deep cleaning yesterday! This 7m³ beauty holds 7100L and has only been used for food-grade liquids since we bought it in 2021. The sanitation cert is dated April 8th - all documentation is up to date and riding shotgun in the cab. Had to replace a valve last month which was a headache to source, but now the flow control is better than ever. Our specialist who typically runs this truck says the pressure system is working perfectly after that repair - no more of that annoying pressure drop during offloading. The stainless interior was polished during service and looks brand new. Temperature control system was calibrated too - holds steady within 1 degree now which matters for those temperature-sensitive loads.
