№638025 Reliable garbage trucks for sale

We picked up this Dongfeng 12.5T electric to see how it would work out. Been interesting running an electric truck after years of diesel. The thing's really quiet which our driver likes - no engine noise all day. Charges up overnight, takes about 6-8 hours for a full charge depending on how much battery's left. Range isn't like a diesel truck but works fine for our local routes. You just plan different, make sure you're back before the battery gets too low. The 12.5 ton capacity handles most of what we throw at it. Hydraulics run off the battery system, work smooth and quiet. No oil changes or diesel filters to mess with which is nice. Maintenance is different - less stuff to break but when something electrical goes wrong you need someone who knows these systems.
