We've got this MAN truck that's been working for us. The thing about MAN is they build them solid - good materials, not the cheap stuff. When something does break, parts don't cost a fortune like some brands. There's service centers around so you're not driving hundreds of miles to find someone who knows how to work on it. The truck itself can be set up different ways depending on what kind of routes you're running. We had it configured for our needs but next owner could probably change things around if they wanted. Hydraulics are straightforward, nothing too complicated about the controls. Engine's been reliable, doesn't give us much trouble. Our operator likes driving it, says it handles well even when loaded up. The cab's comfortable enough for long days. All the maintenance records are available - we've kept up with service intervals because downtime costs money.
