Picked up this white bus last month during that rainy spell we had. Grey interior shows practically no wear - previous operator must've been real careful with it. The 6-cylinder diesel has that distinctive rumble when cold but smooths right out once warmed up. Manual transmission has a bit of a stiff clutch - personally prefer it that way for better control. Our specialist mentioned the cooling system looks practically new, which is rare these days. Had about 300-something horsepower according to the papers - more than enough muscle for any route you'd run it on. The advantage with these models is their simplicity - less electronics means fewer headaches down the road. Had our driver take it through the hills yesterday and he came back grinning.
