№637638 Bulldozer for sale with delivery

Letting our D6T XL go - picked up two newer machines last year so this one's been sitting too much. 2011 model with 5500 hours showing. The XL version's nice because you get the wider track pads and longer frame which helps in soft ground. We mainly used it for residential development work since 2014. Engine sounds good, no knocks or weird noises. Does leak a bit of hydraulic fluid near the blade lift cylinder but nothing major - maybe a cup per week. Tracks got replaced around 4k hours so they've still got life. Sprockets look decent too. Blade floats smooth when you're grading and holds angle fine. Six-way blade works like it should. Ripper bar's straight, teeth are worn but serviceable. AC quit last summer and we never fixed it since the operator didn't care.
