We're selling this 2011 AUSA MXT109 mixer that's been part of our fleet for a while now. AUSA makes these compact units for jobs where the big trucks just won't fit. Been surprised how much work this thing has done over the years. Our driver prefers it for residential pours and renovation jobs where access is tricky. Not the fastest mixer around but gets concrete where it needs to go without tearing up landscaping or driveways. Had some hydraulic seals replaced last year which our specialist said was pretty normal for equipment this age. The advantage of these smaller mixers is maneuverability - you can get into backyards and tight commercial spaces that bigger rigs can't reach. Fast delivery shouldn't be an issue since it fits on a regular trailer if needed.
